About the DDI Scholarship
The Democrats for Diversity & Inclusion (DDI) Scholarship supports local high school seniors pursuing higher education at a 2- or 4-year program. The $1,500 scholarship is part of DDI’s commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and representation in every aspect of society.
Our Mission and Goals
Democrats for Diversity & Inclusion (DDI) is dedicated to promoting, protecting, and preserving diversity and inclusion in America.
Mission: Increase representation of people of color, minorities, and individuals from historically disenfranchised communities in public office.
Goals:
o Recruit and support Black and Minority Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs).
o Expand outreach to communities of color.
o Educate and empower young people in the political process. o Strengthen communication with elected and appointed officials.
